As collectors, we have found that "ITEM GRADES" are subjective, that is everyone has a different idea what conditions such as MINT / NEAR MINT should be.
At Chrome & Concrete we inspect all items when they arrive and before they ship out to our customers to make sure they are in the best possible condition.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN AN ITEM LISTING, ALL THE ITEMS WE SELL ARE BRAND NEW, UNOPENED, IN ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!
Shipping Policy:
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all items are in stock will ship directly from Chrome & Concrete within 3 business days of cleared payment.
All U.S. shipments include Delivery Confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in product listing, Shipping Insurance is optional.
While do our best to pack all items so they arrive to you in the same condition they left us, we know that USPS and UPS are not the most gentle when it comes to the handeling of shipments.
We cannot be responsible for their service (or lack thereof), and hope you will consider purchasing optional insurnace to cover any damage or loss of your order which may occur during shipping.
International (NON-US) Customers:
Please be aware that International shipping CAN BE SLOW due to many factors including customs delays. We cannot be responsible for these delays. Please be patient. Your shipment will arrive as soon as possible.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Chrome & Concrete within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund.
Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in sellable condition and without missing parts.
